Berries!!!!! They are so yummy and good here is a quick recipe.
~1 cup of blue berries
~1 cup of raspberries
~ 1 cup of (cut up) strawberries
~ 1 cup of blackberries
~ Half a cup of water
~ Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup
Make sure they are washed well, mix them all together in a big bowl, and add as much agave syrup as needed.
The Agave Syrup is 100% natural and organic it is extracted from the agave plant which is flourished around volcanoes in southern Mexico. It is a natural sweetner where you need less because it is sweeter than sugar itself.
Berries are antioxidants that may protect your cells from the effects of free radicals in your body. It is also true that berries make your mind younger.
